Speakers

1. Translations into English and French will be provided throughout the symposium
2. All rooms will be equipped with microphones, video projectors and screens
3. Presentations should be submitted in Microsoft Powerpoint
4. If you are using video, it should be in an AVI format or otherwise compatible with Microsoft Powerpoint
5. Each participant should contact the welome / sign in desk upon arriving at the conference location in order to receive his or her name badge as well as relevant material

Posters

We invite all professionals (anybody actively involved with mental
illness, not just health care professionals) to publicize their
activities and practices.

The posters will appear at the Symposium in French and English (the
ATP asbl will take care of translations.)"

• Posters will be displayed at the entrance of the conference room
• A ticket will be added to each poster indicating your options for presenting each poster
• We encourage authors to stay close to their posters during planned breaks
• Texts should also include the name of the representative as well as the organisisation they represent.
• Texts should be sent to sandrine.bem@atp.lu  before the 15th April 2008.
